Choose Part Time (20 hours per week / 80 hours per cycle) or Full Time (40 hours per week / 160 hours per cycle). Each four-week cycle is prepaid, using the approved rate for your role.

Do you offer part-time and full-time support?
Part Time provides 20 hours per week and Full Time provides 40 hours per week, with a defined schedule agreed before the service starts.
How much does it cost?
Our hourly rates are $10.75 for administrative support, $12.50 for cold calling and sales, $19.75 for web development, and $16.25 for digital marketing. Part Time includes 80 hours per four-week cycle; Full Time includes 160. Review the role-specific cycle price before accepting your service order.
When do I pay?
Service is prepaid in four-week cycles, not calendar months. We confirm staffing, scope, schedule, cycle dates and the amount due in writing before payment.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The initial service commitment is one four-week cycle. Future cycles require written confirmation and prepayment. Please request nonrenewal seven calendar days ahead for staffing planning; this does not create an automatic renewal charge or late-notice penalty. Applicable mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
What if there is a problem with the service?
Contact support@thevirtualbuddy.com with your service order and the affected task or period. We review the issue and arrange correction of the service or return of the appropriate prepaid amount for the portion VBUD cannot deliver. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any legally required remedy or shorter deadline takes precedence.
What happens if I do not assign enough work?
When expressly accepted in the written service order, your four-week cycle reserves the agreed Part Time or Full Time availability. Availability genuinely reserved and left unused because you did not provide tasks or required access does not carry over to the next cycle. Unassigned time is not reported as work performed. This rule does not apply to availability VBUD failed to supply. Any mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Does submitting an inquiry start a paid service?
No. The form requests a consultation. Staffing, scope, schedule, price and terms must be agreed separately before service begins.
Is Home Services Lead Generation included?
Home Services Lead Generation is a separate offer with its own scope, pricing and commercial terms.
